Full disclosure, I am not the first person to make the correlation between fallen angels and UFOs (i.e. unidentified flying objects). A number of people who are more skilled and who possess more established credentials than I possess have done some exhaustive work on this topic. What I can offer is a discussion about what the world was like before we Westerners devised a scientific method of proving things that often has disqualified data that does not submit to empirical objective observation and testing. Before the objective analysis of the scientific method, the world was more spiritual, a term used loosely here to describe how people navigated the world and its phenomena through the first hand experiences of their senses and intuitions, inter-generational story-telling and the precepts of their religious traditions. Permit me to make a simple point that this scientific framework is effective in regards to bodies of physical matter that obey the laws of classical Newtonian physics, but the observations and discussions needed to carry on discussions about fallen angels and UFOs fall outside of the arena of classical physics.
At this point, I would like to expose a conversation that began over 20 years ago with one of our EZ2GET2.Church legacy members Andre T. Green, Pastor of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Oakland, CA. At that time, I shared with Pastor Green that I had become privy to information about so called extraterrestrial beings visiting our planet. Twenty years ago, I thought it was legitimate information and that these beings had traveled from some distance galaxy. Then I went on a quest to reconcile my new found knowledge with what the Bible teaches and discovered that the Bible has a lot to say about the strange phenomena surrounding UFOs, or UAPs.
We know for a fact that there are other beings besides humans moving about in the space we call Earth. Numerous times the Bible uses the terminology “under the Earth” to signify living beings who have locality to Earth, but not on the surface. In their context, these verses are not meant to be symbolic, nor are they speaking of people buried in the ground. Specifically, Philippians 2:10 and Revelation 5:3 are describing living beings. 2 Corinthians 11:14 states, And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Could this be a possible explanation for the bright orbs appearing in the night sky that people around the country have been witnessing. Are they masquerading as intelligent life from another galaxy? Perhaps the perfect deception is being setup right before our very eyes. Mankind has always pondered the question, “Are we alone?” And conveniently, presumed intelligent life shows up one day, lands on the lawn of the Whitehouse in Washington and tells humanity what they want to hear and that they are our saviors. Of course, the general public will fawn all over them and be amazed with how they answer questions and share technology. Is this the deception awaiting us?
The first presumption and/or bias that we have historically imposed on this phenomena is the assumption we are seeing space craft. The idea of “craft” is truly our bias as these phenomena may not be craft at all, but entities of some sort traversing our dimension with their own propulsion abilities. Perhaps these are the “fallen angels” as the Bible has plainly declared that these beings are present among us and await judgement.
We don’t know all the details, but what we do know is found in the scriptures. That is, a great deception is coming in the last days. I will leave you with these words from 2Thessalonians 2:9-11 NKJV — 9 The coming of the [lawless one] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,
